You (The Referral Partner) as noted on the Referral Partner Accreditation form, agree that by proceeding with online Referral Partner accreditation with Loans One Pty Ltd (Loans One) that The Referral Partner has read, understands and digitally agrees to the Terms and Condition stated herein.

The Referral Partner agrees The Referral Partner is independent of Loans One and in no way is The Referral Partner an employee, agent or contractor of Loans One.

The Referral Partner are unable to bind Loans One in any way, and must not purport to do so.

When The Referral Partner introduces loans to Loans One The Referral Partner agrees that The Referral Partner act solely for the borrower that The Referral Partner is introducing to us to consider for a loan. (Referral)

The Referral Partner must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that information provided to us in relation to a loan introduced to us by The Referral Partner is accurate.

The Referral Partner must not provide any information which The Referral Partner knows or ought to have known is or is likely to mislead or is fraudulent.

The Referral Partner authorizes Loans One to pay any Referral Fee or Brokerage Fee (as defined below) on an RCTI, and remit the referral fee directly into The Referral Partners nominated bank account (as supplied when becoming accredited)

The Referral Partner authorizes Loans One to send regular advertising material to The Referral Partner via email, sms or post.

Loans One agrees to follow up all referrals (both electronic and verbal) as soon as they are received, and no later than 1 business hour from the time of receipt of the referral. All information including outcomes and updates will be emailed to The Referral Partner in a timely manner.

Loans One agrees to pay The Referral Partner EITHER a Referral Fee (as set out below) within 24 hours of the settlement of each loan, or when receiving the gross brokerage or commission from the lender, whichever is sooner.

REFERRAL PARTNER FEE:

Referral Fee. The Referral Fee is set at 50% of the Nett Brokerage or Commission received by Loans one, so The Referral Partner shall receive 50% of the Nett Brokerage or Commission received by Loans One.

The Referral Partner agrees that all Referral Fees are calculated and paid on a “GST INCLUSIVE” basis.

The Referral Partner agrees that a Referral Fee is only payable when the loan The Referral Partner have introduced has settled.

The Referral Partner agrees to pass on any discoveries which may somehow affect any loan which is submitted to Loans One Pty Ltd
